Motivated to Serve
As a Site Inspector working around the world, Toni Zufelt developed a unique perspective. In that industry, organizational skills and attention to detail are key components in building a business and creating relationships that are built on trust. Her own experiences, while managing her client’s projects, allowed Toni to view life and events thru their eyes. She developed the ability to see thru the daily clutter and break down seemingly complicated situations to their basic components.
After surviving both Hurricanes Charlie and Frances and dealing with her own insurance issues, Toni understood firsthand the value of a home inventory.
Toni is often asked; “How did you get into the Home Inventory business?” Her answer: A friend, who lives out of state, told her about the business because her friend’s husband had been laid off and was at a loss as to what to do. He heard about the Home Inventory business and after some exploration, started his own successful Home Inventory business.

Armed with her past experience, Toni was intrigued. She asked questions, did research, asked more questions and mulled it over. After a year of investigation, she decided to open CYA Asset Inventory Services.
A Special Reason
And, it was more than just a business decision…there is an emotional reason why Toni started CYA Asset Inventory Services.
From the ages of 9-18, Toni lived in Foster Care. In those 9 years, she was in 8 different foster homes. Unlike today, foster children were not given a “Memory Book” to record pictures, papers, important documents, memorabilia or memories.
“I have a picture of myself at age 4 and a picture in my high school graduation cap and gown. It seems that from the ages of 4-18, I didn’t exist. I have nothing to document my life, no pictures to bring back memories. Remember the last time you came across an old picture and were reminded of someone, an event, a time in your life? I don’t have that. No memorabilia to remind me of an event or person. If there had been a disaster and I’d lost everything, I wouldn’t feel the loss any less.”
CYA Asset Inventory Services is here to document your belongings. We are here to record your possessions through pictures, video and Checklists. We will record important papers, receipts, one-of-a-kind pictures and those “things” can be included in your inventory.
